SUMMARY:General Skills and Teacher Training for FCBD® Intensivs in Germany
DESCRIPTION:We are absolutely honoured to welcome Carolena\, the originator of American Tribal Style® Belly Dance\, director of FatChanceBellyDance®\, back to Europe for General Skills and Teacher Training for FCBD®. \nFCBD® has grown into a global phenomenon and with General Skills and Teacher Training giving you the opportunity to  check your skills and knowledge and learn with the founder herself. Certificates of participation are awarded on completion of each course. \n\nGeneral skills for Classic and Modern FCBD®\nand teacher training for FCBD®\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGeneral Skills for Classic FCBD® and General Skills for Modern FCBD® Intensives\nre-scheduled for 11th – 14th July 2022\, 4 days\, 24 hours \nStudent requirements\nThis course is not for beginners. The intensive presents the foundational movements and concepts documented on Tribal Basics DVDs Vol. 1 – 7 including; formations\, lead and follow\, chorus and zils.\n\nEach student must submit a dance bio\, limited to one page\, upon acceptance to the program. This should include their dance experience as it relates FCBD® and what you want to achieve at the Intensive. A photo is appreciated along with any personal comments\, but not a “resume” type listing of everything they have ever done!\n\nEach student will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course but must be present for the entire 24 hours\, no exceptions. \nStudents must be proficient in English. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTeacher Training for FCBD®\nre-scheduled for 16th – 17th July 2022\, 2 days\, 10 hours\n\nStudent requirements\nFor graduates of General Skills for FCBD®. Curriculum with include instruction on how to present the concept of FCBD®\, the steps\, verbal instruction\, physical cueing\, assessing students needs\, answering common questions\, structuring a class and troubleshooting.\nIf you have previously graduated from General Skills please send a copy of your certificate with your application.\n\nEach student will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course but must be present for the entire 10 hours. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStudents must be proficient in English. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructors\n\nThe course will be taught by Carolena Nericcio\, the creator of American Tribal Style® Belly Dance and director of FatChanceBellyDance®. \nKelley Beeston\nDeAnna Freeman\nAssisted by Deanna Freeman and Kelley Beeston\, both are graduates of Advanced Teacher Training and are FatChanceBellyDance® Sister Studio Continuing Education (SSCE) instructors. \n\nRegistration and Payment\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n***Waiting list is opened!*** \nYour application form and one sheet with your dance biography (important from your FCBD® life) you can send at the 1st September via eMail. Per person only application. You will receive an answer with the information that you got a place. When all places have been taken\, a waiting list will be open. The price including the workshop\, daily vegan and vegetarian lunch snacks\, coffee and tea at the afternoon. \nYou can pay the payment in full. You can make the entire payment within 10 days after a place has been awarded to you.\nOr as a deposit of 25% and then three more installments of 25% to the 5th November 2019\, 5th Januar 2020 and 5th March 2020. \nIf you fail to make payment by the deadline your place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVenue and accommodation Options\n\n\n\n\nEvangelische Frauenhilfe in Westfalen e.V.\, Feldmühlenweg 19\, 59494 Soest\, Germany \nThe opportunity is to book bed and breakfast for a week (10th July\, Sunday to 11th July\, Sunday). In the venue are 50 beds in single and double bedrooms which also can be booked with the registration as a GS + TT participant. \nIf you need extra nights as a GS+TT participiant\, please book hotel rooms for these nights.
