Festige deine Basis und lege Energie\, Drama und Ausdruck in die Bewegungen durch die Nutzung von Spannungsaufbau und Release.\nPS: Der Floreo ist dein Freund! \nWorkshop I \nZu Beginn werden wir über verschiedene Tipps und Tricks sprechen sowie das Thema Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem Säbel erläutern. Anschließend starten wir mit den Bewegungen in der freien Position und in der Schulterposition und drillen fließende Übergänge. \nWorkshop II \nDer Höhepunkt der Darbietung mit dem Säbel ist zweifelsohne der Akt des Balancierens auf dem Kopf. Auch hier stehen uns viele tolle Bewegungen und Variationen zur Verfügung\, die das Publikum zum Staunen bringen. Wir arbeiten hier an Isolationen und Balance. \nWorkshop III \nIn diesem Workshop werden wir die Grenzen der Fusion von Säbel und ATS® noch ausweiten.
