Workshop I<\/p>\n

Zu Beginn werden wir \u00fcber verschiedene Tipps und Tricks sprechen sowie das Thema Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem S\u00e4bel erl\u00e4utern. Anschlie\u00dfend starten wir mit den Bewegungen in der freien Position und in der Schulterposition und drillen flie\u00dfende \u00dcberg\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n

Workshop II<\/p>\n

Der H\u00f6hepunkt der Darbietung mit dem S\u00e4bel ist zweifelsohne der Akt des Balancierens auf dem Kopf. Auch hier stehen uns viele tolle Bewegungen und Variationen zur Verf\u00fcgung, die das Publikum zum Staunen bringen. Wir arbeiten hier an Isolationen und Balance.<\/p>\n

Workshop III<\/p>\n

In diesem Workshop werden wir die Grenzen der Fusion von S\u00e4bel und ATS\u00ae noch ausweiten. Wir f\u00fcgen neue Formationen, nahtlose Wechsel und fesselnde Akzente und Bewegung zum bekannten S\u00e4belrepertoire hinzu.<\/p>\n

Kenntnisse der ATS\u00ae Level 2 Bewegungen werden empfohlen!<\/p>\n

Virginie Violett is a SSCE\u00ae certified teacher for American Tribal Style\u00ae Bellydance and one of the first Sister Studios in Germany. In Freiburg she offers classes and dances with her tribe Deep Purple Tribal as well as various formations and cooperation to perform all over germany and abroad.<\/p>\n

Use this possibility to refine your technique. Strengthen your basis an put energy, drama and expression in your movements with the concept of tension and release.<\/p>\n

Workshop I<\/p>\n

For starters we will talk about various tips and tricks on how to use the sword safely. Then we will beginn with the movements in different arm positions and drill fluent transitions.<\/p>\n

Workshop II<\/p>\n

Balancing the sword on your head is the highlight of your performance. There are many great movements and variations to play with in this position. We will work on isolation and balance.<\/p>\n

Workshop III<\/p>\n

In this workshop we will expand the boundaries of fusing ATS\u00ae with a sword even more. We will add new formations and seamless changes with exciting accents to your sword dancing repertoire.<\/p>\n

We advise you to have knowledge of the ATS\u00ae level 2 movements!<\/p>\n
